[13/36] Add OC-100 request type UX task - #47

Verdict: approve. Consistent numbering and cross-references, correct scope deferrals (execution to the protocol tracks, import/export to OC-070, auth to OC-050). One thing worth surfacing rather than leaving buried: the OC-090 supervisor report notes unassigned OC-050-looking edits (types.ts, oauth2Service.ts, oauth2TokenHelper.ts) sitting uncommitted alongside the OC-090 branch. That cross-track working-tree entanglement is recorded but never resolved, worth a follow-up so it doesn't surprise whoever rebases next.

Already resolved. The recorded working-tree entanglement was a transient parallel-agent state, not an outstanding stack issue.

The exact OC-050-looking edits in src/models/types.ts, src/services/oauth2Service.ts, and src/services/oauth2TokenHelper.ts were committed together in b271c9a (Complete OC-050 auth transport support) on PR #49, branch feature/oc-050-auth-transport. The currently verified PR #49 head is 4bcd234, and GitHub reports it MERGEABLE/CLEAN.

No change belongs on this OC-100 planning branch, and no follow-up branch is needed for those files. PR #47 and immediate child PR #48 are also MERGEABLE/CLEAN.
